Each of our fully furnished townhomes is designed with flexible check-in options, available parking, dedicated workspaces, and comfortable rooms that foster relaxation and well-being. We understand the unique demands service industry professionals face when away from home and strive to provide an environment conducive to rest after long hours.

We acknowledge the significant pressures encountered by nurses, physicians, firefighters, EMTs, and other essential personnel, and demonstrate our appreciation through the creation of quiet, serene living spaces. By emphasizing rest and recovery in every townhouse, Ballet Legacy Properties is dedicated to supporting the individuals who contribute so greatly to our communities.
Our Story
Ballet Legacy Properties, LLC, was created to honor our family’s legacy of resilience, faith, and forward thinking. Inspired by our grandparents, who in 1965 rebuilt two old shotgun houses into a family home on Woodard Street, my sister and I grew up understanding the value of hard work and generational vision. As adults, we chose to continue that legacy through real estate, providing safe and comfortable lodging for traveling professionals who serve Louisiana’s communities.
Today, our work has reached a significant milestone. We are returning to the very street where our grandparents began, and also introducing the next generation to the business. One sister’s daughter is already learning the importance of ownership, service, and generational wealth. Ballet Legacy Properties is more than a company; it is our family’s living legacy, created to uplift our community and the generations to come.
