Our fully furnished townhomes provide flexible check-in, private parking, dedicated workspaces, and quiet, comfortable rooms that support rest and well-being. We recognize the heavy demands placed on nurses, doctors, firefighters, EMTs, and other essential workers, and we honor their service through the spaces we create.
Our commitment extends beyond housing. BLP partners with local organizations to increase access to wellness resources, mental health support, and emergency assistance. We host appreciation events, collaborate on community care efforts, and provide workshops and care packages tailored to our guests’ needs. By prioritizing rest, recovery, and community support, Ballet Legacy Properties proudly stands with the heroes who keep our communities strong.
Our Story
Ballet Legacy Properties, LLC, was created to honor our family’s legacy of resilience, faith, and forward thinking. Inspired by our grandparents, who in 1965 rebuilt two old shotgun houses into a family home on Woodard Street, my sister and I grew up understanding the value of hard work and generational vision. As adults, we chose to continue that legacy through real estate, providing safe and comfortable lodging for traveling professionals who serve Louisiana’s communities.
Today, our work has reached a significant milestone. We are returning to the very street where our grandparents began, and also introducing the next generation to the business. One sister’s daughter is already learning the importance of ownership, service, and generational wealth. Ballet Legacy Properties is more than a company; it is our family’s living legacy, created to uplift our community and the generations to come.
